The reception was welcoming and very helpful, making us aware of all services at Cold Spring. Every one spoke with a smile and went out of their way to off help. One gentleman offered to get for me fresh milk instead of room temp. creamer and bring it to me. Grounds are immaculately cared for! Wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Plymouth, Ma.

Best hotel for the price I have ever stayed at, hands down. The gentleman who checked me in (Wanel/ Wanzel, something to that effect), was outstanding- friendly, professional, outgoing. Truly excellant service. The breakfast was great and the towels/ toiletries were plenty. Staying again next month and really looking forward to it!

The breakfast buffet was good and refilled quickly.
The view from the motel rooms up on the hill presented a wonderful view of the morning sunrise. Spectacular !!
I didn't think the beds were comfortable but maybe that's just me. However the fan in the bathroom that was directly connected to the light was very annoying. It was extremely loud. Plus we experienced a fire in the air conditioner. Fortunately we were in the room at the time. Had we been out this could have resulted in serious consequences.
