The house keeping lady very graciously changed the bed linens after we inspected the bed and room for cleanliness. She also was helpful with how to make the door lock card work. Very good tv set. Nice shower dispencers.
Quality control on cleanliness and maintaince would greatly improve the atmosphere of the room. Check the drawers. Cheerful greetings upon arrival.

It was a generally quite place with a peaceful setting.
Though the hotel was clean it still needed maintance. For example the tile in the bathroon was just calked when it needed to be regrouted giving it a shabby look. So with the bottom of the bathroom door which was delaminating and falling apart.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had many problems which they were willing to help us solve.
We were passing through the area and went to the wrong hotel. We were told they could not transfer our reservations and that this happened almost every night. I was very upset since the hotels belonged to the same organization and there were rooms available I saw no reason why our reservations could not be transferred to the location where we were. My food was cold because I had to drive another 30 minutes to get to the correct hotel and I had a very tired 3 year old.
