Wyndham Philadelphia Historic District

I was. Very happy with I our stay. There was a young lady at reception who's care went beyond regular work. Her name is Kim and she needs a raise.

1 block away from big bus pick up and 1 block from starbucks . 2 blocks from great restaurants

Yes. the room wasnt clean after our first night stay. price of parking was a bit much but being downtown wasnt a biggie just a bit of a shock

A light compliemtary breakfast would have been great since we traveled quite a distance to visit Phildelphia and with not knowing the immediate area it would have been appreciated for some kind of breakfast snack.

We liked the closeness to all of the historical locations

The location.

It was terrible. In the middle of the night (3-6am) while we were trying to sleep the people in the next room were partying and smoking, our entire room was full of cigarette smoke and we were unable to sleep due to the smoke and loudness. 2 calls were placed to the front desk, while someone did come up each time, the partying and smoking continued. We got no sleep at all. When I complained yet again to the front desk at check out I was treated rudely and dismissed by the Front Desk Manager Erica, she refused to give me her last name, she told me that they sent someone up to the room and if the people did not stop speaking loudly or smoking there was nothing they could do about it. THIS HOTEL IS A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY, I told her I wanted a refund and she flat out told me that it is Holiday Inn policy not to provide refunds. She told me that I should not be upset, easy for her to say since she slept all night, me and my mom (84 years old) did not. I am utterly and totally disgusted with this customer service, I have cancelled my credit card payment to this hotel and will review this property on YELP and also advise Priority Club and any other internet site I can give my review too. As well as the Philadelphia office of tourism, AAA and BBB. This hotel is a disgrace to the Holiday Inn name. Also the food, free breakfast buffet was ice cold as well as the coffee, all 3 times we asked for hot coffee it was iced cold. We did not eat there the 2nd daym even though it was free, it was gross

We had a lovely time Staying at your hotel enabled us to walk all over! We could visit sites and roam around the historic district, the Jewish Museum was right around the corner 1 We even walked to see the van Gogh exhibit at the Phila. Museum of art. We loved staying at your hotel.

Location and parking

Disappointed that the hotel charged for coffee.. at $3 a cup. Many other holiday inns offer complimentary coffee in the lobby.
