It was close to the airport and provided a free transfer to and from the airport. The bar staff and other staff were friendly and helpful.

The friendly staff made you feel comfortable.
I reported to the front desk - the bath tub drain did not work. Could not take a shower. The water took forever to drain out. I left a message with the manager of housekeeping on her voice mail besides the front desk. Otherwise, the room was perfect.

Since you asked: the mattress sagged in the center so sleep was impossible. By morning there was a statement for parking. On return the shuttle which runs every 20 minutes arrived 45 minutes after our call. Thanks Airport Hilton for a memorable stay.

The room was cozy and clean. The staff was considerate and very helpful. I love staying at the Hilton Philadelphia Airport. This was the second time I was there and both stays were perfect.
