The room was nice and clean -
We had a problem with other guests of the hotel being noisy and causing trouble in the hallways - unfortunately the front desk was less than helpful in the situation, despite our complaints. It is not very good when you are a guest of a hotel, and you can't actually sleep until 4am. When we called in our complaint, we were told a representative would come and tell the group to be quiet - no representative came and nothing was done about the noise.
