The staff was most helpful and pleasant. The breakfast girl was very diligent and pleasant, her job well done, and s very pleasant ride to the airport with her as well. I didn't catch her name but I am sure you will pass on my appreciation.

Poor internet service in my opinion.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. I liked that they had a hot breakfast with a variety.

There were no vending machines that we could locate, only a very few things available to purchase at the front desk. The room also had a chlorine or bleach smell to it until you got used to it. I was also surprised that there was no indoor pool or hot tub.

Room was nice and had what we needed.

Prefer inside entrance to the room. Too much noise and commotion, esp. late at night.

Room was clean. Shower was very good, Bed comfortable.

The elevator did not work nor had it for some time. Our room door was almost unserviceable as it was VERY difficult to close from the hallway side so that it was locked effectively. We and our group experienced nuisance phone calls during the early morning hours.

The exterior doors were always propped open. Anyone could walk in off the street. The property is in a state of disrepair.

2 of 3 room keys did not work. Location is difficult to find. Hotel needs major updating. Carpet is worn & not clean looking.
