After a long drive, we enjoy sitting in the hot pool. The staff are friendly, rooms are very clean, & the beds are comfortable.

Lots of parking. Manager offered that we could change rooms since we found the bed uncomfortable in the first room. Loved the indoor pool.
First room had a rather uncomfortable bed. My husband and I also wished for a more comfortable easy chair to watch tv in the evenings.

A nice hotel to stay at. the room was modern, clean and quiet. Great location for access to the waterfront and downtown area.
the staff were friendly and accommodating. A large parking lot.

We needed 2 beds and we're expecting queen beds not doubles. Thought a fridge in the room would have been nice to have due to the fact that is was 35 degrees in Penticton. Will probably not use the Sandman again
