I would clarify my rating on location; it was good as to convience to my shopping. However, the thing I disliked was be located close to I-20 because of the traffic noise.
The thing I did not like about the hotel is that the non-smoking rooms I stayed in (2) had the strong odor of cigarettes as did all the hallways.

Guest too loud our room was directly over the main entrance was woken up twice with late check ins @ 12 and 1:30 AM

The staff were very kind, helpful, and accommodating. The water temp and pressure was good.
The breakfast selection was very limited. The fruit was poor quality. The pool needed to be cleaned or scrapped. The beds were too firm for me.

Location is good.
The room was small and cramped. The hotel needs a make-over, peeling paint on the doors. Overall appearance in the rooms has much to be desired.
