Hotel was peaceful
Desk clerical need to improve on customer service, your staff had a arguement goin on about soemthing that happened why they had been off for 3 days, all the glas in vending areas had finger prints on the glass, carpets were dirty needed vacumed and we had to chase down our cleaning lady for fresh towels.
The Wi Fi would not work on our side of the building at all...when we cheacked in there was a dirty wash cloth that had been hangin on the cloths rack...I did pay for a 5 star hotel but a clean hotel would have been nice!!

It was close to a good restaurant.
I'm handicapped, the facility was not accessible, we were told all rooms had bars in the bathroom, etc. It didn't, and the curb was so high outside my room I had to have two people help me up. The woman at the front desk was of no help. She said she couldn't make any changes.

It was close to a restaurant we liked.
The rooms were not anything I'd inquired about. I had my 93 year old mother, with a walker, and I'd asked about handicap parking, room, etc. I was told it was, nothing about it was easily accessible for her. The curb outside the room was so high it took two of us to support her getting up. No room on the side of the bed for the walker, it didn't fit between bed and wall to the bathroom. Yes, there was free WiFi, but, the signal was too weak for a connection! My socks I wore around the room had to be bleached they were so filthy. My husband had a different room, light over sink was out, wall plug didn't work to recharge his phone.
