I enjoyed the provided breakfast and the comfort in general. Staff is really helpfull and friendly.
I suggest a better taxi system. The hotel is isolated and it is hard to get a taxi from there except from walking to the main road or wait for long periods of time. Also, taxis from the hotel charge a lot.
In addition, the AC should be able to be controled in the room; it gets too cold at some points during the night

Mi familia y yo. (10) personas disfrutamos la comodidad, las instalaciones,la piscina de grandes y pequeños, el yacusi, el desayuno incluido en el precio muy fabuloso,que se tenga cafe,te en el Lobby, excelente. el trato con el personal, sentirnos comodos y como en casa.

The hotel needs some maintenance in the AC system. There are leanings in the corridors and in some parts of the room I stayed 1340 there is clear evidence of damage cause by the presence of fungi. The garden at the front of the hotel is not well taken care off with some dead trees and the artificial lawn does not give exactly a good impression. In addition to this, most small palm trees and buganvileas are in bad conditions.
