Friendly staff
Location of motel was difficult getting into going North. If you missed the turn by Jack-in the-box (which was not marked until after you made the turn0, you had to go under freeway and turn around.

Warm, clean
Lack of available power outlets. All available taken up by TV, set top box lamps, clock, microwave etc. Installed outlets are behind furniture and a little difficult to access.
