I loved the receptionist checking out and the bartender at the pool. All very cheery and phospitable. The cleaning staff was also very courteous.

When checking in, the male staffer was dry and appeared standoffish. He was professional in speaking to me, but I almost didn't feel welcome.

I like the location, the friendliness and assistance provided by the staff specifically Manager Sal Rodriguez and Melissa at the front desk. The setting did have a resort style feel. Beautiful views of the mountain and Palm Springs.

The hotel carpet in the walkways is old and dated and needs to be replaced. The gym is a bit tiny.

My wife and my stay at Best Western was and has been a wonderful experience evey time we stay. The food, service and room accommodation are excellent. When we visit Palm Springs, which is three to four times a year we will always stay at Las Brides Best Western.

Receptionist was very helpful and pleasant making sure we were informed of the various amenities that were offered. The pool area was very nice.

We liked the beautiful flowers, the breakfast, and the proximity to Palm Springs shops and restaurants. The hotel had lovely surroundings (especially the pool area and room.)
