Staff was friendly and helpful -- and the breakfast consisted of a number of items, not just cold cereal & donuts, but waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage. Would recommend.

The staff and the extra effort they made to make our stay enjoyable.
No elevator to upper floors. It makes it impossible for most handicapped people to stay there if there are no ground floor rooms available. How about designating 3 or 4 ground room floors as handicap only?

Your staff was wonderful and very friendly and great with customer service. Nate checked us in and was very professional and friendly. He gets an A+. Breakfast was great. So many choices.

Hotel managers where excellent, friendly and nothing was to much of a bother to them, they went out of their way to be very accomodating and hospitible.
Airconditioning was not that efficient
