We have stayed there in the past when it was just the Peabody but we noticed that since the Hyatt took over how everything feels top notch and that the friendliness of the staff was the most amazing part of our stay.

Great location in Orlando, especially for meetings. Outstanding service. Wonderful quiet room at club level (28th floor).

Very clean and friendly. I have been wanting to stay here for 30 years at the annual IAAPA Convention, but since my company does not reimburse for this trip, it has always been out of my price range. I saved to be able to stay here for a few nights, then moved to a less expensive hotel the remainder of the week.
You could hear noise from the next room over, water running through the pipes, sounded like someone was banging on the wall. Only happened first afternoon.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, extremely comfortable and accomondating. The hotel was across the street from the convention center. We were able to use the adjacent walkways to go back and forth to our conference. It rained during our stay and we didn't get wet. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. The food tasted great and the B-Line Diner was open all the time, so when we arrived late because of a airline delay we were able to have a hot and tasty meal before retiring.
