It was during Hurricane Irma, and the staff was unbelievable and accommodating.
No. We have stayed several times at this location. Our child is a UCF student and lives close to this location.

The beds were comfortable and convenient to UCF. I loved having a restaurant in the hotel. The pool was excellent!
Trivial, but the toilet was too low to the ground for a senior person. I am short in stature but felt I was too close to the ground. It's hard pulling oneself up at that level. :)

The hotel was fabulous! HOTELSONE was awful!!! I will NEVER EVER USE Hotelsone EVER AGAIN!! Never recommend.
