We mistakingly left some clothes in the room after checking out. AFter several calls and many denials about knowing anything, we did get reimbursed for the night. However, it seems to me there has to be a better system and in this case, better communication and trust with the cleaning staff.

Being able to leave our car in the parking lot and taking the shuttle to and from the airport was helpful and saved us money from parking in the airport garage or another lot.
