Great location and convenience. Staff was great. 3rd year in a row we have stayed here and love ut. Parking is on site and beach is right there so you dont have to deibe to a beach entrance location and haul everything down! Will stay over and over again

Great updated room. Nothing fancy, but super ocean view with balcony. Nice breakfast. Very clean and the staff was friendly. We go every year and love that part of the beach.

The room had been renovated and was very clean and orderly. Very modern. Bed and furniture were very comfortable.
The light fixture over the kitchen sink was noisy - it needs a new ballast or the whole thing replaced. We were in room 4205. The towels and washcloths were getting a little thin - they need to be replaced. The wi-fi was slow and would disconnect us at times. You may need more routers, or at least new ones. Minor things - annoying but it did not impact our stay. We really enjoyed our long weekend.

My room was ready when I arrived, check in was easy, and we found our room very clean. I especially liked the easy access to the beach from my room via the outdoor pool area. I paid less to be on the sound side, which meant no beach-side balcony to enjoy from my room, but there are plenty of other places around the facility to enjoy the view. Easy parking, too under the building in the shade. Beds were clean and comfy. Shower water was hot. TV service was good with access to Hulu and other streaming services. We opted out of housekeeping services during our stay, so I can't comment on that.
Can't think of anything. Generally, the facility is a little dated in terms of fresh paint, etc. But I wasn't looking for a pristine environment. I only wanted clean comfort with easy access back and forth to the beach. I got them both.

The room was nice and clean!! The location and rate was great!! The staff was super friendly and helpful!! I feel like the breakfast offered could be improved upon. Other than that it was a great place to stay!!

Wifi was not very good. Wish there was an elevator at the other end of site. Not handicapped friendly.
