Breakfast was good and the breakfast room staff very friendly and helpful.
Our room was clean as well as all of the facility and the grounds.
Electronic door card entrance was very frustrating nearly every time and we had to have new cards generated once. When we were having problems the front desk had at least 4 other guests with the same problem.
When we entered our room there was no luggage rack. An employee brought one quickly.
We expect Hampton to provide a refrigerator in each room and to provide two chairs. We registered for two adults. There was only one chair and we were told when we checked in that refrigerators are provided only in King Suites.

La proximité avec les grandes autoroutes et les équipements de détente/exercice
L'emplacement pour le petit déjeuner est un peu trop petit pour le nombre
de clients qu'il y avait.
Une des employées (espace déjeuner) n'était pas particulièrement gentille avec les clients

Clean right off the highway great staff
Only downfall was someone was smoking across the hall but the hotel fixed that problem immediately and kicked them out.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was first rate. It was nice to have a "buffet" to choose from. Rooms were clean and maintained well.
