Staff was very friendly, room was comfortable w the jacuzzi and solid furniture, masseuse was v professional and solid, breakfast was too
Lack of outdoor seating, lack of bathroom in the spa area, no late checkout

The rooms were roomy and clean. Staff very friendly. Pool and pool area was clean as well.
Just the policy of having to put a deposit down for services that "might" be charged to your room. I have never had to do this before at any hotel.

Room was gorgeous got a great price the second nights stay
The only thing I didn’t like was receiving a phone call at 2:45AM and being woken up from our sleep asking if we were the room that was playing music. Which we were not. Hotel staff should go check it out themselves instead of calling room to room.
