We arrived late at night, and the front desk clerk was cheerful, helpful, and the room was what we had reserved. Quiet room, quite clean. The breakfast area is huge - it could probably seat 60 people. And the food was better than most of the "free breakfast" motel chains (even the Hampton's in Columbia, MO, which was basically inedible...)
The coffee at breakfast was brown water - please! It's not hard to make good coffee. Luckily there's a Dunkin' Donuts next door which has good coffee fairly cheap.

Difficulty with getting a true handicapped room for my mother - had to rearrange after we checked ibn
