Location was very good as I was there for women's curling
The breakfast is wonderful! Very good coffee.
Very friendly staff.
The parking of patrons is very discourteous!

We (and I when I worked, me) have stayed with you often. The hotel is perfect: good pool, good breakfast, good location, etc. You will always be our first choice.
There was no hair drier. Is this policy or was it just missing?

I had a smoking room but no ashtray, and the room phone did not work so I could not call the front desk. I had a second room booked and the occupants were given two keys but one of there keys did not work.

They had a pool and whirl pool and continental breakfast is pretty good
Yes this place is very hard to find in the dark escspecially if you are not familiar with the area need better signage to get there

Main reason for choosing Quality Inn: Rate
First of all they let us register and then advised us about the problem with no cards to open our rooms. We had to get somebody from the hotel to open our doors everytime we needed to go in. The hot tub was not working.
I feel that we should of been compensated for the problems they were experiencing.

As I had to go to True North GM dealer your location is ideal . We did not use any of your services this time but we have in ther past and they were more than satisactory .
I found the price of the room a little high as there was no mention of a Senior's Rate when we registered by e-mail and your staff at the desk never offered it . Other comparable hotels usually offer a Senior's rate . This is my only complaint.
