The meal we had in the restaurant as excellent.
We were on the main floor close to the pool and heard the wheels of peoples suitcases going by our door all night( the tiled floor is very noisy)

I Liked the location and the parking lot was cleared of snow.
There was in issue in the restaurant. We were given a breakfast coupon, which I thought of as a nice bonus, but there was only one waitress, the table were filthy, I waited 30 minutes before I had to flag down someone to ask for coffee and a water, not to mention I hadn't ordered yet.

We usually book your hotel because the restaurant was excellent. The one we like was closed so we ate in the other one. The food was not anywhere close to before. The lady next to us sent hers back and her husband complained about his. We also heard other comments. We could not finish ours. Also, two men were up all night sitting in the common area behind the front desk having a loud and sometimes heated conversation. They were still there when we left at 5:30 am. Nothing was said to them. Time to change.

There was no operating elevator> We ended up changing rooms to the bottom floor as we had a lot of luggage & did not want to haul it up & down the stairs.

This is a perfect place for hunters catching an early morning flight the next day. They have freezers to store your game overnight, a shuttle that runs during the wee hours of the night, and staff that are willing to accomdate your special needs.
