The location
Staff was rather rude especially at the front desk. For a 4 star hotel the bath supplies were rather limited. Breakfast was poor. Staff was not clear enough in introducing the facilities of the hotel and giving instructions on the offerings of Niece. Some the staff serving at the breakfast room knew English but they were constantly speaking to us in French.
