We have been staying at this hotel for years because of its convenient location to the airport, very comfortable rooms, and the great buffet in the restaurant. Some of the staff is really friendly and helpful, and some of it is not so much.

Friendly staff at reception, we had good information to move in the city, Hotel well located for the airport.
Very bad smell in room, Hair dryer that does not work, meal dinner (Chicken Niçoise with carrots and rice) really bad. A disgrace to good French cuisine that we usually adore.

The location and fast check.
They utterly refused to provide us with the luggage to the terminal to bring courtesybus. She referred to the interterminalbus or asked us to walk. This despite the announcement that free bus ride to and from the terminal.

When we phoned from the airport for the shuttle we were told to walk or get airport shuttle as they didn't have a driver. We tried to walk but it is confusing with the roundabouts and went back to the airport The airport shuttle dropped us again at the roundabout, not the hotel. Eventually found the hotel, desk staff not friendly. On leaving next morning asked for the shuttle and was told to wait outside they would not be leaving for 30 minutes. They also told a group of 4 Belgium tourists the same thing. We all waited for more than 30 minutes and the same lady who had talked to us inside came out and opened the back door of minivan and told all of us to load our bags. She was not in the least friendly and was quite annoyed because we requested the shuttle. I WOULD NOT STAY IN THE CAMPANILE NICE AEROPORT AGAIN.
