Nice location by the water, staff very nice and food was better than expeted.
Soap dispensers by sink and shower....bit like a hospital!

Staff very helpful and accommodating. Public areas and views excellent.
Bedrooms a little shabby. Mirrors in spa were overdue for a clean, the water was too cold, and the beauty salon manager unhelpful.

Room seen better days, scuffed wallpaper and chairs threadbare. window dirty with childs hand marks. plug in bathroom sink not working. stained inside of bedspread. however excellent breakfast, quick and fresh! stayed here before on timeshare exchange 3 years ago and excellent, but hotel seems as tho it requires a makeover.

Very difficult to find but overall, very acceptable with lovely views down the estuary to Teignmouth. Nice ambiance, spacious feel and pleasant bedrooms.

Good food , especially nice breakfast, very friendly staff. Reasonable rates.
Evening bar service was average . Inexperienced, unprofessional and untrained but friendly personnel.

The receptionist was very helpful and polite. He arranged a taxi for us and couldn't have been more obliging. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Very quiet location and we will certainly return!
