Amicable staff for the most part, location
Shuttle to airport should consider all requests. I was only 2 minutes after the hour and it did not wait, although I have made the request and advance notice the day before

The staff was friendly and the complementary breakfast was very good.
The A/C did not work. It turns out the system was still in the heating mode and not converted to cooling. We had to prop a window open to let cool air in. Fortunately, the hotel had operable windows!

El personal es muy agradable, se preocupan en solucionarte cualquier problema, la habitación es grande y el servicio muy bien, la estacion de penn station a 5 minutos del hotel.
Que no te recojen de otros aeropuerto solo del aeropuerto de newark.

The restaurant (Maize) was wonderful - good food, excellent martinis. The complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise. The staff in the breakfast room was friendly and helpful. The complimentary shuttle service was a nice touch also.

Location, price, room comfort, convenience
The staff is not too courteous, they are on "automatic pilot", but it doesn't really bother me, as they are ultra busy, the hotel has a lot of movement.

The room was larger than the hotels in Manhattan, which added an extra comfort level.
The windows could be opened, and faced a park in front of the hotel, which added to the pleasant feeling. The bed was very comfortable, good TV, everything was really nice in the room. The two elevators moved fast, and the shuttle service the hotel provides to Newark Penn Station proved to be very useful and easy to use, at any time of the day and night.
They charged me for one daily rate on the credit card which I had used for the booking, two months ahead of my IN date. This normally should not happen, and in fact never happened before when using eurobooking.com, as we can always cancel the booking up to 24 hours in advance of our entrance.
