Small boutique hotel with 5 star amenities. Great location. Very helpful.

Bar was extremely expensive and one waitress was more interested in talking to staff than taking care of customers. Every day she was the same so they need to weed her out.

James the concierge made all the difference not only in our stay at the hotel, but the entire NYC experience. He is one of the best we have ever found.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The facility in its entirety was beautiful. I felt pampered in the midst of the hustle and bustle of New York City. Everything was beyond what I could have imagined. It was a great value, central to everything and even quiet!
