We both enjoyed our stay and the service was great. The location
is so close to St. Patrick's, Rockerfeller Center, Times Square
and Central Park and all the Theaters.
I do think the hotel should expand its space in the lobbby
for lounging. I would think that the space to the right as
one enters could be expanded for people to sit and visit.
There were so many people staying in the hotel was difficult
to find a chair to relax and visit in the lobby. The bar
could also be expanded. It would help.

What can I say - location, location is everything and the Sheration is in the best location.
We arrived at 1.30am as our flight was delayed from LA and the front desk receptionist was very unfriendly.
