Nice & clean. Liked the small but cozy room.
The radiator in the bathroom made the little space way to hot. Radiator needed painting badly.

The hotel is beautiful and so convenient to eating places and theaters. Lots of things are just a short walk away.
Check in was slow and there was only one person at the desk to assist. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable but a couple more staff assisting would have helped guests get checked in faster.

La SECURITE et Le controle pour l access aux chambres.le hall sympa.
Souvent la carte d accès ne fonctionnais pas sur 7 jours 5 fois on a du changer .pas drôle quand vous êtes au 20 eme après avoir bien marcher arrivée devant votre chambre QU il faille retourner faire la queue pour changer.il manque des infos ou une personne qui parle le français tout les jours.

Location, and new interiors.
There was a not-so-good smell in the room.. i think it was the carpet that stinks. otherwise the stay was good.

Location to theatres and time square, room cool/modern look, also very clean.
The room was a little small but we did not spend much time in it. The concierge did not know any restaurant recommendations or have any hand out. she gave us bad directions, seemed competent when others were booking bus tours or shows.
