The rainfall shower head was awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful.The location to everything including Grand Central Station was great.we will definitely be back!

Good value for money. Generally good experience, clean comfortable bed with good internet access.
The supervisor in the restauarnt/great room could benefit from a visit to harm school. Lack of meeting space given cramp room limits flexibilty.
