Reciption staff are profetional and quick to check in and check out.
Besnuse center is expensive & no free wi fi in rooms comparing with the price i paid.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Everything went as planned. Room was small but clean and comfortable.
Food was good and we were able to walk to shows and restaraunts easily.
Not a thing .

Die Lage war optimal. Wir hatten unser Zimmer in der 46. Etage, sehr imposant mit super Aussicht auf die Stadt.
Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut.
Das Zimmer war im Vergleich zu europäischen Verhältnissen eher klein, vor allem das Badezimmer.

Very good location. Close to Times Square! Restaurant in hotel was very good. Very good service and very tasty.
Very small rooms. Windows and doors are in urgent need of replacement! Certainly not pay extra for City View. Meerprjs is not worth it. Previously stayed at Novotel Times Square. Much better.
