A little pricey for one night in the middle of winter and the website said there was a balcony, but we did not have one.

Desk clerk was rude and unprofessional. He swiped by credit card and immediately said it was rejected and did I have another card or form of payment. He could not try again because it would clog up the system. I have never had a card reject before. My card was accepted about two hours earlier and it accepted about one hour at a nearby restaurant. Not the kind of professionalism I expect..
