All the staff were friendly. I liked the Backyard Grill in the hotel.
I think they should have a free breakfast for the guest. Also, I think they should have free coffee in the lobby.

Loved the way everything ran so smoothly including the bus over to Opry and access to a bus for the popular Downtown area. Excellent service and very clean. Would recommend a stay here and would stay here again.

I wish the Bus service was better. Now you drop off and pick up to far from the Ryman and Hall of Fame

We live local and just wanted to get away overnight and relax by the pool and hottub. We enjoyed our stay very much!
