Have stayed at many hotels in Nashville over three year period. How did I miss this one???? From time checked in by Jasmine until check-out by Quaena I was impressed. One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at in Nashville. Great location, Quiet and great breakfast bar. Excellent rate for this area. Thanks to the whole staff for a job well done!!!!!!

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of our room. Great quality for the price. The staff that was available was friendly and helpful.
The hotel was understaffed during checkin hours, we were waiting five deep at the desk. There was a problem with the door swipe keys also delaying our entry into the room.

The airport shuttle was nice.
There were sheers over the window of our room. Whe we went to close the curtains we found thy were mounted on rails that only extended about 18 inches toward center. They wouldn't close. Even though we were on he third floor we felt exposed. Plus th city lights lit up the room all night. Very disappointed in that. I would not stay again until that was fixed.

Hotel was recommended buy friend. Great recommendation. Definitely would stay there again. Great all around especially for the price.
