The price and location to Graceland.
The strong smell of ammonia or bleacher. No ways of airing the room and my throat was sore in the morning from breathing that chemical air. In the morning found what looked like a bed bug.

Location & overall value for the price. Good coffee!! Wifi connection is good to have.
The beds were not very comfortable...could feel the springs. Stayed one night in Knoxville..the beds there were very comfortable. Not a huge problem, but one that could be improved.
