The rooms were great and breakfast was good. Having the shuttle service was fantastic but wish it went more places.
We had issues with both room keys. Maybe find a better key system.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My room was spacious and comfortable. Location convenient to many attractions and shuttle was available as well.

I really enjoyed the location and the breakfast was great.
I was a little disappointed that we took the shuttle to the Opryland Hotel and then walked to the Grand Ole Opry house and when we came out it was pouring rain. I called to see if they could pick us up there and she said no. I had a 5 1/2 mo pregnant daughter in law with me that had to walk back adn we were all drenched.

Staff was very friendly, one day manager was very helpful with obtaining tickets and tourist tips. Breakfasts were very good. Room was very comfortable.
One of the female managers repeatedly gave us bad info about shuttle times, taxi pick-ups, and travel in general.
