The staff at Reception was very helpful--in particular with restaurant recommendations for one night. And, the housekeeping staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel location is perfect to walk to many prime areas in Nashville. Also, rooms were spacious and well-designed/appointed for elegance and comfort.

The clerk Timothy at the front desk was especially helpful and nice. He made our visit our extra special and couldn't have been sweeter. We loved him!

Fabulous facility, close to many attractions, friendly staff.

The italian restaurant was not my favorite. Service was slow and food was so so.
