Complimentary breakfast,attentive/friendly staff, nice room,well maintained property,free shuttle to beach,ease of checkout,room location and ease of access to pool.

Would have liked better toiletries, shampoo,soap. There is no conditioner offered. Very limited toiletries offered.

We found the staff and cleaning services friendly, professional and very helpful. The location was ideal and a particularly reasonable rate for the area. This was our second year staying at the Best Western Naples and we will stay again.

The scrabbled eggs could have been better.

The lovely courtyards and sculptures--fish, flowers, etc 'Breakfast

Resv on line thinking we were connected with THE motel but found it was a third party and the price was higher than if we'd just walked in. NOT good.
