It's clean ! Convenient location and comfortable beds.
The food !!!! At lease the manager saw what had happened and tried to replace our order but it was still really really bad and all we ordered was a poached egg, English muffin ham and fruit bowl .

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
The continental breakfast was tasty & well arranged.
The beds were comfortable.
We had put out out do not disturb sign, yet the help (perhaps new) knocked anyway around 8:30, yet check out time was 11. It was really quite minor compared to ambiance of the rest of the hotel.

It's a very convenient location.
We didn't get a king room like we were told we would get and they have started charging for breakfast since our last visit and no one told us of that change, even when we checked in.
