Quality Inn Mystic - Groton

The motel was what we expected. It was clean,comfortable and the location for our intended was just right. Breakfast was very good and the cookies and milk hit the spot at 8PM.

The beds were very comfortable and the room location was very quiet even though there were a number of people in nearby rooms.

The people at the front desk were very polite and helpful.

The clock radio alarm was set for sometime during the middle of the night(not set by us). I thought I had turned if off for good, but it went off again later that night and I had to pull the plug!! The bed was not as comfortable as I had hoped.

Everything was great close to the seaport and great reastaurant's.

Your tv system should be upgraded to more entertainment channel's it not the best compare to other inn's that we stay in.

No exhaust fan or heat in bathroom,not enough room for breakfast,not enough room could not get a seat,went to dinner

The room was very comfortable and the front desk staff (the only staff I had any interaction with) was very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing not to like about the Comfort Inn itself. The roadside sign was difficult to see with the trees obscuring most of it from the road.

The professionalism and friendliness of the staff, in particular the welcome received from the Reception manager and subsequently her staff. The reception manager made our advance bookings for Pawtucket and Boston relieving us of the necessity of making any further arrangments before our departure back to the UK. We were also very pleased with the other staff and I must mention one of the maintenance staff, we had a minor concern that required attention, Kevin came to our room and resolved the issue very promptly to our satisfaction. He is a gentleman and helped make our stay very enjoyable. Every member of staff that we had the opportunity to speak with all made an effort to ensure that we were enjoying our stay and offered help to ensure that we had a great stay at Mystic. I will definately use the hotel should I visit Mystic on another vacation
