The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were great at giving recommendations for places to eat and visit.

Just wish it was closer to downtown, but other than that it was a good experience.

My daughter enjoyed the indoor pool. Loved that the room had fridge and microwave.

Decor of rooms is a bit outdated. Heat was a bit much for the size of the room. If you turned it off it was too cold. No happy medium.

I love your beds. We stayed here once before and returned for the beds, the jetted tub in our room and the awesome diner next door. Your proximity to the shops in Old Mystic Village can't be beat.

The staff were very friendly and the room was nice.

The noise from adjacent room was very noticeable. Also, the directions to use the jacuzzi were not noticeable when I was in the bathroom so I missed that experience because I didn't see the directions until I was leaving the room since the directions were posted there.
