Like having access to and from the airport - close to shopping. would like to have maps of the area and listings of good places to eat. Good breakfasts.

Ease of checking in and having the requested room on the first floor....also the arranging for trips to and from the airport. Breakfast is well prepared. Very important to have access to internet and TV. Would like to have maps of surroundings And ways to navigate to places of interest and shopping as well as nearby or exceptional restaurants. It is nice after traveling to have pleasant checking in and a clean room. And a list of available TV channels.
