The staff that prepared the breakfast,especially, the omlet cooks!
I did not like the soccer team chaperons who allowed the kids to roam around and jump in front of you in the lines, throw ice over the balcony on other guest.Also, the kids were in the happy hour roaming around and touching food and getting drinks. I stayed for four days, never had a chance to enjoy happy hour.They should not been where liquor is served without parental one on one with them.

The location was very near our area of interest.
When you pay for a family hotel such as Embassy Suites the wifi should be comped. Period. This is the 21st century. I don't drink alcohol so the nightly reception is meaningless. Wifi would have been a much better choice for my family. It was not expensive, but left a very bad taste in my mouth to discover it was only for a fee. I felt I was being nickle and dimed.

The hotel was clean, quiet and easy to move around winth the hotel. Parking was convenient. Hotel food was tasty and well prepared. Breakfast was well done with a nice variety.

The breakfast was amazing and our room was awesome.
I had some problems with my reservations and am still trying to resolve those, but the hotel itself was very nice.

Great location. Close to shopping and MTSU. Good for families since it is all suites. The hotel was very busy but the rooms were very quiet and comfortable.
