The thing that impressed us the most was the fact that the staff jumped to help everyone we saw. the desk clerk helped some ladies out to the car with a heavy bag; when we had trouble with the people upstairs having a party after midnight and said something to the clerk, she had the problem taken care of with in minutes. when someone had trouble with the waffle maker the woman was right there to help. everyone truly liked helping. in this day of "do it yourself" it's nice to have service again!!!!!!! we would stay again.
Yes. the steep incline into the parking lot. our car hit bottom coming in and out. hard to get back into traffic trying not to hit bottom.
