Price & location were good.
Room was very small and very plain. I requested a first floor room at check=in because I have a disability and have a hard time climbing stairs. The desk clerk said nothing was available on first floor. There is no elevator so I had to climb stairs. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who has trouble climbing stairs.

Staff was nice.
There was no conditioner, only shampoo. When I asked at the front desk, the clerk was nice but acted like I was asking for something unusual. I have traveled extensively all over the US and have never had a hotel that did not have both shampoo and conditioner. NY husband had to go out late at night to find a store open to by conditioner.
