Beautifully appointed, very clean, friendly staff.
We arrived at 11:30pm and my husband is handicapped. We needed a hotel cart, and none were available.

The air conditioning in our room was not quite right. Also, near the bed it blew onto the bed.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and presentable.
I am in a wheelchair and there were NO grab bars by the toilet in the bathroom. The bath towels were on a high shelf that I could reach with a pencil in my hand. The shower head was not reachable and didn't have the extender on it so I could not hold it in my hand.

The woman at the registration desk went out of her way to provide directions to the airport
The hotel website did not provide clear directions to find the hotel. It also did not provide directions from the hotel to the airport. As a result, using Google, we traveled about ten miles out of our way and finally located the hotel.
