Location and comfort of the room
We were not made aware of he front of the building, garage and the elevator being remodeled. One elevator was huge inconvenience-constant long wait for the one remaining elevator. We had to park in a different hotel two blocks away -if the weather is nice it's not a problem but it was raining and cold-we did bit appreciate the walk. Upon check in we had to change our room due to room assigned being with covered windows and balcony during the construction on front. The pool and sauna closed at 10pm when we wanted to go there after kids went to bad.

No problem having staff at check in understanding English. Had a continental breakfast--good selection. Taxi service always available.
Needed extra towels, especially wash cloth .
