What i liked was the location was convenient, and a couple of the staff were very friendly and brought us ice to our room after he cleaned up.

I didn't like the fact that the front desk don't mention anything about the parking have no elevators, we had to pull our luggages up the stairs that put a strain on our backs. The hotel room was very dusty, remote of the tv had food crumps, and the curtains when we open them dust literally fell off. Walked into the washroom was blood stain around the rim of the toilet seat, and above the liquid soap there was men's shaving hair. we had to call for room service to have them clean up. What upset me more, was being a hotel manager you should come and see your clients and apologize to them for the inconvenience. Then we found out that ice is located in the sister building just like the parking was, not good at all. How can you expect your people to get ice in the middle of the night at another location. It was uncall for, I would never stay there again.
