The staff was very friendy and made getting around the city easy. The location was great. The hotel was close tomajor museums and lots of restaurants, both expensive and cheap. We werre close to metro and bus routes and caps were easy to get.
The lobby and hotel entrance were in bad shape. There was only ONE ice machine, on the main floor. The rooms were large and nice bathroom., but the TV had some problems. There was no food at the hotel except vending Machines.

Hotel not clean,room #403 was not vaccuumed,leaking toilet..called room service to tell them however nothing was done during our stay,water over the bathroom floor had to clean it ourselves..poor resturant with little choices..very noisy with paper thin walls..
