It has everything you need in one location. The bed in the room was very comfortable.

The decor in the room was fun (modern 70s). Clean and beds were very comfortable

We were on the 3rd floor, building 14. When housekeeping was cleaning the room above us early in the morning, the noise was extremely loud, especially the vacuum. No way could we sleep through that. Also we arrived on Sunday and we needed some laundry service. We didn't care if we had to do it ourselves but send out was closed and you didn't have any in-house facilities for us to do ourselves. Inconvenient for us to go out and find a place. Lastly we were trying to enjoy our breakfast on Monday morning and there was an extremely long fire drill. Was almost painful. Sounds like I am complaining a lot but just want to let you know for future guests

We were actually very pleased. We especially noticed the wonderful staff; everyone was kind, professional and very helpful. Our room was perfect because it was practical. Our room overlooked the golf course and it was on the first floor, nice. the lounge area in the lobby has a lodge feel and the fireplace makes the ambiance inviting. The jazz band enhances the feel and provides everyone with a gathering place. Loved the coffee bar - very practical. Loved it all!

We liked everything. The one thing that I would have liked was more water pressure in the shower but I understand the need to conserve.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

There was no room booked, although I had a receipt via email. It's really too bad.

I liked everything about our stay. BUT my husband was kept awake by the people above us. He reported that to the management before we left. He said that the underflooring above us (maybe throughout) needs to be redone. It is not strong enough.

Just the noise above us in the early morning.
